Technical Dossier
A particle-free, hydrodynamic model of galactic rotation validated against the SPARC catalog.

The AVI Rotation Law is a single-parameter, universal model for galactic rotation curves derived from the Quantum Affinity Gravity (QAG) framework. It replaces the need for dark matter halos by modeling the galactic disk as a hydrodynamic resonance system. Across the SPARC benchmark sample (N = 171), the AVI Law achieves mean velocity residuals of 15.9459 km/s, compared to 30.2064 km/s for Newtonian gravity and MOND baselines — a 47.2% reduction with no per-galaxy tuning.
The law is analytically derived from the Riemann Hypothesis metric boundary. No empirical tuning per galaxy.
The QAG framework and AVI Rotation Law are protected by pending utility patents and are available for licensing under two paths:
Free for non-commercial research, teaching, and peer-reviewed publication. Attribution required.
Engineering, propulsion, and applied-physics deployments. Per-application license. Contact for terms.
